Food, Transportation or Gear Donations

Donations of grocery store gift cards to purchase outings food for our participants are welcome.

High quality, new or used gear donations can help provide each child with the equipment needed for an outing.  Learn more about the type of gear that HICO needs on our Wishlist below.

Cash contributions are needed to help purchase fuel and rental van transportation to transport our participants each month. Donations that are not tax-deductible can be made directly to Harrisburg ICO. Checks should be written out to Harrisburg ICO and mailed to: Cassandra Amour, 783 Carsonville Road, Halifax PA. .

Questions? To give a tax-deductible donate see our Donate page or contact the HICO treasurer through the form below. Tax deductible donations for Harrisburg ICO need to be written out to the Sierra Club Foundation with Harrisburg ICO in the Memo line. The donation is then deposited in the HICO account at the Foundation and 100% of the donation is received by Harrisburg ICO via reimbursements for expenditures on outings.
